To purchase, click on the amount you want to pay, enter the required shipping information, click on our special shipping and handling rate for Gift Certificates, and then pay using your Paypal Account, or use our other methods of payment.
USING A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
When you receive your gift certificate, there will be a codeword written in red or green ink on the bottom. Use our Shopping carts as you normally would and then proceed with the following instructions: Example:
1. If you have a Gift Certificate for $20.00 and you buy $14.99 worth of merchandise, you will need to click on the appropriate method of shipping (which is based on cost) For a purchase in the amount of $14.99 you would click on the button that says "Check here for purchase(s) of $ 0.01-$14.99 $5.99"
2. The remaining balance on your Gift Certificate will cover part of the shipping. ($20.00-$14.99 = 5.01. $5.99(shipping)-$5.01=.98, so your remaining balance to pay would then be only 98 cents! Of course, local residents may redeem the online coupon for free delivery for even more savings! PAYMENT WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE: Since there is no mechanism to redeem gift certificates online through Citymax, our online provider, you have 3 options.
1. Pay the full amount via a Paypal account and receive a rebate after the payment has gone through. Just be sure to include the code on the messages window when using Paypal. That code helps us to verify that the Gift Certificate is valid and allows us to rebate your account.
2. Make an email order informing us of the items you wish to purchase, and then mail a check or money order for any amount owed. Be sure to include the code word in your email. Print out the Verification of Billing and Shipping Page, and mail along with the payment AND gift certificate. Once check clears for three days, your item(s) will be shipped out.
3. To make a telephone order, call during business hours informing us of the items you wish to purchase, and pay by money order or check, or credit card by phone. If using check or money order, print out the Verification of Billing and Shipping Page and mail along with the Gift Certificate AND a money order or check for any amount of overage due. Once check clears for three days, your item(s) will be shipped out. Hopefully, Citymax will solve these problems soon. Until then, we apologize for the inconvience.
