We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition (unopened, unbroken, sealed) or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping and handling. For exceptions, see our return policy.

Return Policy
We cannot refund a product based on taste of product, personal preference of item, or any flaws to product label (i.e. color bleed, wrinkles, peeling).
Any book or garment must be returned to 3gatos Fire and Rice in original condition, unused and/or unread within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Hats and undergarments cannot be return for any reason, unless item is/was shipped in a sealed plastic wrapper.
