Another of the Cat's favorite sauces. This one is so good, Hillsborough's very own Tupelo's Restaurant includes it in their fine Cajun Dining assortment of hot sauces! This stuff is amazing! When you smell it, your first thought is "Oh, my gosh, this will kill me!", but the use of Roma tomatoes and garlic prevent this from being too hot to handle.
