The Cat's favorite restaurant in Hillsborough NC is Tupelo, an infused take on Cajun/Creole cooking where Tupelo honey is used as an ingredient for most everything.
So, when we found out that our friends at Hot Tar were making their own type of Tupelo honey, we just had to have it. It's the Cat's pajamas!
