Chile de Arbol, also known in Mexico as "Bird's Beak" or "Rat's Tail" Chiles. Brought to you by the gang at Los Chileros de Nuevo Mexico, these Chiles can be crushed and used instead of Ground Black Pepper for Stews, Chili, or Soups. Or use these chiles to made traditional Salsa de Chile de Arbol (a recipe comes with the package). Caution: These guys can get a bit hot (around 15,000-30,000 Scoville Units Hot), so use Gloves when Handling!
