This is the Ultra-rare 2007 Dave's Gourmet Super Reserve New Mexico Edition. Released only at this year's Fiery Food & BBQ Show in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Made from 14 Million Scoville Unit Pepper Extract, this item is almost 12 times hotter than the hottest pepper in the world; the Naga Jolokia Pepper, which measures in at just under 1.5 million scovilles (on average). Only 39 of these were released.
This bottle is #30 out of 39 and is hand painted with a scene of beautiful Sandia Peak and autographed by Dave, the twisted mind behind Dave's Insanity. And since Dave very rarely signs bottles, this is a true collectors item for Chile Heads. Bottle is designed to hold 100ml, painted black and sealed with black wax.
